Use Equipment or Not to use Equipment?

I never thought I would get asked this as much as. Even before we released our new Equipment Line! 

Equipment is a tool, used on our journey of STRENGTH! Is it mandatory? No but recommended? Yes it is. 

Wrist wraps help keep our wrist straight; keeping our fist over our forearm which bears the weight in a benchpress more ideal. Another school of thought is on the deadlift, that they help keep your grip tight. I know people who believe in this and condemn it either way. 

Knee sleeves help keep your joints warm and added compression to aid in support during a squat or similar movements, like lunges and or leg press.

Elbow sleeves are here for the same purpose to keep the joints warm and add some compression.
