This document outlines our comprehensive policy regarding returns and refunds for purchases, as well as the cancellation of gym memberships. (the "Site"). - Condition of Item: Returns are accepted for garments and accessories that are not soiled and undamaged by the end-user. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached and include all original packaging.
- Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the purchase date. Items returned beyond this period will not be eligible.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions and a return authorization number.
- Refund Fee: All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Approval Process: Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment minus the restocking fee.
Certain items cannot be returned, including customized or personalized products, sale items, and products marked as final sale.
- Term Commitment: Contract memberships are for the term agreed upon at sign-up. Early termination is subject to a buyout option.
- Buyout Option: Members wishing to exit their contract early can opt for a buyout, with fees calculated based on remaining contract months. Contact us for detailed information.
- No Early Termination: Aside from the buyout option, contract memberships cannot be terminated early without incurring the buyout fee.
- Cancellation Flexibility: No-contract memberships can be canceled at any time with 2 days notice preferably.
- Process: Contact our customer service to initiate a no-contract membership cancellation.
- Changes to Policies: Nightmare Muscle reserves the right to modify these policies. Members and customers will be notified of any significant changes.
