We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, discuss membership or training, arrange requested visits, and improve our services. Permission to follow up about an inquiry is separate from permission for marketing. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
The optional SMS box on our inquiry forms gives Nightmare Muscle Sacramento permission to text the number you provide about that request. This choice does not subscribe you to promotional texts. The website uses GymMaster for membership management, Resend for email delivery, and Twilio for SMS delivery. Contact details and message content are processed by the provider used to deliver that communication. The website also uses Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for analytics. Each provider has its own privacy policy.
California residents have the right to request information about the personal data we have collected about you, request deletion of your personal data, and opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal data).
