By joining Nightmare Muscle Sacramento, you agree to abide by all gym rules and policies. Membership is non-transferable. The gym reserves the right to revoke membership for violations of gym rules, unsafe behavior, or conduct that negatively impacts other members.
You acknowledge that strength training carries inherent risks of injury. By training at Nightmare Muscle Sacramento, you assume full responsibility for your own safety and voluntarily accept all risks associated with physical exercise and use of gym equipment. Nightmare Muscle Sacramento, its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any injury, illness, or property damage sustained during your use of the facility.
Members and guests are expected to re-rack weights, respect other members, clean equipment after use, and follow posted gym policies. Chalk use is permitted. Weight drops are allowed within reason. Behavior that is abusive, threatening, or creates an unsafe environment will result in immediate membership termination.
Members with 24/7 access may use the facility at any time using their provided key fob or access credentials. Staffed hours are Mon–Fri 8AM–8PM and Sat–Sun 9AM–4PM. These hours are subject to change with advance notice.
Members must be 18 years of age or older. Minors aged 16-17 may train with written parental or guardian consent and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during non-staffed hours. No person under 16 may train at the facility.
Membership billing and cancellation terms are governed by the agreement made through our ABC Fitness membership portal. Please refer to your membership agreement for specific cancellation policies.
