By joining Nightmare Muscle Sacramento, you agree to abide by all gym rules and policies. Membership is non-transferable. The gym reserves the right to revoke membership for violations of gym rules, unsafe behavior, or conduct that negatively impacts other members.
You acknowledge that strength training carries inherent risks of injury. By training at Nightmare Muscle Sacramento, you assume full responsibility for your own safety and voluntarily accept all risks associated with physical exercise and use of gym equipment. Nightmare Muscle Sacramento, its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any injury, illness, or property damage sustained during your use of the facility.
Members and guests are expected to re-rack weights, respect other members, clean equipment after use, and follow posted gym policies. Chalk use is permitted. Weight drops are allowed within reason. Behavior that is abusive, threatening, or creates an unsafe environment will result in immediate membership termination.
Members with 24/7 access may use the facility at any time using their provided key fob or access credentials. Call (707) 640-1334 ahead of your visit to confirm staffed hours and day-pass access.
Members must be 18 years of age or older. Minors aged 16-17 may train with written parental or guardian consent and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during non-staffed hours. No person under 16 may train at the facility.
Membership billing and cancellation terms are governed by the agreement made through our GymMaster membership portal. Please refer to your membership agreement for specific cancellation policies.
Our inquiry SMS program covers replies about the gym, membership, training, or corporate membership request you submit. Select the separate, optional SMS box on an inquiry form to request texts to the number you provide. Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You can also contact management@nightmaremuscle.co or (707) 640-1334. SMS consent is not required to submit an inquiry or purchase a membership. Inquiry follow-up does not subscribe you to promotional texts. Marketing requires separate permission. See the linked Privacy Policy for information about data use. Mobile information and SMS consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes; our delivery provider processes them only for the messages you requested.
